Zillow Exposed - Duplicate Listings

You've heard for some time now that Zillow cares most about traffic and not about having accurate information.  Even their own disclaimer says their "zestimates" are 20% or more off.  So if you were wanting to find out your Atlanta home value, zillow can often times get you into metaphorical parking lot of the ball park but if you want a true value you will need a professional.  That being said, this is pretty low, even for Zillow.  Not only does zillow not have accurate information but they've got duplicate listings.  This video shows you very clearly that Zillow has two pages for the same home with different information.  Last time I looked, homes located at one specific address are unique from one another

Search For Homes by School In GeorgiaIt's a common question that gets posed to Atlanta real estate agents, "what's the best schools?"  "What's a good school district to live in?"   Well School Digger put together a list of the top 50 or so schools and based it on a variety of factors.  As with Great Schools and other sites, even statistics can be misleading.  For example, Mill Creek High School in Gwinnett County is a very highly rated school but if you wanted a small setting, you'd be greatly dissapointed as there's 4,000+ students.

Best Cities For Young Families In Georgia

Best Cities For Young FamiliesIn Real Estate there's a bunch of no-no words for us to use making much of we can tell the public sound like a politician running for office.   Lucky for us Nerdwallet isn't at all concerned and in fact, we agree at least in part that both Buford and Flowery Branch make excellent choices for young families (or older families).  

Nerdwallet looked at 4 key factors:
