It's one of the most common questions that we get as real estate professionals. How Do You Know How Nice A Neighborhood Is? Typically the client is expecting some sort of scientific proof that a neighborhood is "NICE." Typically speaking the more money you spend the "nicer" the subdivision will feel. However, that's not always the best ruel of thumb especially close to the median price point.
If you were to take a neighborhood like Hamilton Mill for example. This subdivision is significantly higher than the median, there's an HOA, swim/tennis community and a golf club. It's safe to say that most of this neighborhood will be nice.
